Syntigo is a subsidiary of the SNCB-holding. Its B-Systems department develops and operates the international ticked booking and distribution system (Eurostar, Fyra, ICE, Thalys) as used by the 3 railway companies in the Benelux.

The experience of our consultants is mainly used for operational problems (administration system and engineering system). Our in-depth knowledge about IBM WebSphere products is very much appreciated.

Apart from daily support and training of in-company employees, we also help with the set-up of a system architecture, we coordinate technical projects (data transfers, upgrades, integration of new technologies) and we industrialize operational processes (monitoring, applications deployments, management configuration, ...) in view of enhancing the Operations Department’s productivity and of platform stability.
